JAKE MOLLAND
Jake Molland is a seasoned technology, commercial and corporate lawyer and tech executive. He has supported a variety of venture financings, corporate M&A, software licensing and technology transactions, corporate governance, advertising and marketing initiatives and the development of scalable tools and processes to drive contractual and key corporate practices and compliance (e.g., privacy, security, payments) for emerging businesses.

Jake was previously an associate at White & Case in New York and a legal advisor to growth companies in the software and financial services space and immediately prior to founding Bound Legal Strategy worked in-house at a point of sale and payments company where he was responsible for legal affairs and leading partnership and payments activities.

SONALI SILVA
Marianne Sonali Silva is an attorney specializing in corporate, technology, and privacy law. She has experience in handling corporate M&A, software licensing, corporate governance and privacy compliance.
Marianne was previously an attorney in the Legal and Enforcement Division of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka and a legal consultant providing wide-ranging advisory and compliance services to companies. She has also served as an in-house legal counsel for a technology company overseeing all legal and compliance matters of the company.
